There are new studies being used from taking a persons DNA and figuring out what they are at risk for. Whatever the results, they chnage their eating habbits to help "lower" these chances for that risk to happen.

exercizing is critical for anyone. It is NOT strictly for gaining muscle. Exercizing is for endurance and stability. It works the heart, lungs, and such. Lifting weights, sports like gymnastics where you are constantly using your muscles is what builds up the muscle tissues. Stretching afterward is the most important part of it.. it lengthens the tissue fibers and allows oxygen back in. Calcium from MILK, from DAIRY is important for the BONES. Whether you get it from a pill or from drinking milk everyday, you wont clog yourself full of FATS. A little, such as a glass or so a day, will not kill you.

I don't "believe what I want", I go over the available research and attain my knowledge from what the evidence shows. According to the scientific data, dairy consumption poses a serious health hazard. It doesn't matter if you believe me or not, because it won't change the fact that I'm right and you're wrong. Acctually, it is extremely important for women and female teens to drink milk to build up their bone strength. Because when you have children, (or pregnant), most of the calcium you need, goes to your child. Therefore you have to build it up so you do not get weak bones. Booya *drinks milk* *eats ice cream* *eats cheese*
Do you understand how fundamentally wrong your statement is? Milk drinkers are in the vast minority of people on this planet, and most people in the world are lactose intolerant. Osteoporosis (brittle bone disease) is practically non-existent in countries like China (who may I add, are some of the world's most prolific baby makers) while the countries that drink the most dairy products (and consume the most calcium) have the highest incidences of osteoporosis. Milk does not aid in bone strength, in fact it can cause bone loss because it is so high in sulfur containing amino acids. Calcium does not play as big of a roll in bone strength as you think, and dairy products promote bone loss. It's not because of the dairy itself, but because of the proteins in the dairy. This is why people who drink lots of milk are always in negative calcium balance; the protein content too high. I have already told you MANY times how bad these things are for you. Frankly I find it terrible that you would risk the health of others by providing them with the wrong information rather than correcting your mistakes. Because I already know what you're going to say, I'm going to make this last point very clear. The information I'm posting is NOT MY OPINION!!! Everything I have said is based on FACT!!! The information is all fully detailed in the scientific literature, and no matter how much you disagree, you are still wrong. Instead of just blindly following what you have been conditioned to believe, why don't you research the topic for yourself and see what you come up with.
