I lost ten pounds in the first 7 weeks of college which is strange because people tend to gain weight. The best diet is one where there are no restrictions on the type of food consumption. In other words, you can eat anything you like. The only way this works is if the person eats small portions. Take for example my last meal.
Brisket
Potatoes
Big Salade
Chocolate cake
Water
I ate the brisket, 3/4 of the potatoes, all the salade, and half the cake. Try not to drink anything but Orange Juice/Water. Last but not least, do not drink soda.
My weightloss wasn't solely due to diet. Incorporating excercise with diet is essential, obviously. The cool thing is neither is hard to do.
