Well, i guess the simple and worst answer you could give is "You have no rights"

But if thats not the case, read on.
If you have been caught doing something against the law, like trespassing, is that probable cause for a search without warrant? If thats true and you refuse to be searched, can they arrest you?
Do you have to give them your information if you've been caught doing something like that? [what relevance does my age have if your not going to arrest me..?]
Does getting on a roof count as trespassing/unlawful entry? I know, thats pretty specific, but its been bothering me.
What charge can a minor get for smoking?
Can i really have the cops called for rolling down a hill on public property..?
