That's what our trainer said to us yesterday on the field. Useless, being as I already knew that but I can't seem to guzzle down enough water to keep either her or my coach happy.

Just thought that I would share this morning though...

With the way I am sweating, I am amazed that I can go to the bathroom more than three times a day. I am downing water bottles every chance I get though.

That is what our coaches told us. I almost got there but then I fell asleep and my body used all my hydration to fix itself from the hell that preseason is putting it through...

Because pee is waste mixed with water, if there is less water, therell be a higher concentration of waste in the pee. That is why the more dehydrated you are, the yellower it is...?

Yeah I knew that. I was just complaining because I drink so much water that it should be coming out of my nose and I still can't achieve the clearness my coaches want.

Why is your coach inspecting your pee? You want to be careful with all that water - there is such a thing as water poisoning!

My coaches aren't checking my actual urine. They are telling me to check it so that I can tell if I am dehydrated or not.

And trust me, I won't be getting water poisoning any time soon.
