I think it's annoying, but I doubt they're doing it to try to look like a bad ass. Some people like posing different ways is all.

1) She does NOT look like Paris Hilton. Paris Hilton eats once a week, this girl doesn't look sick.
2) It is stupid that people take pictures of themselves flipping off the camera. If you flip off the camera when someone else is taking the picture is different, but when you're doing both, you're a MORON.
3) It is also moronic to take pictures of yourself looking sad.
4) It is also moronic to take pictures of yourself and/or friends with drugs or alcohol to be cool. And, yes, although most of you will admit it, you take those damn pictures to feel fucking cool. Taking pictures of yourself or others while holding a beer can or wine glass is one thing, but when you're trying to show it off in the damn picture, my advice is GET A LIFE.
